Derby Theatre - Augmented Wallpaper with Aurasma
Augmented reality wallpaper for Derby Theatre, in conjuction with the National Theatre.
Following the success of the 2015 Connections Festival at Derby Theatre I was asked to produce another augmented reality treasure hunt for the Connections festival 2016. This time using vinyls to brand the space and create an immersive augmented reality mobile ap experience for their guests.
The wallpaper, when scanned, would activate an animated overlay containing facts about the theatre, information about the festival, links to social media and rich media video snippets. Making the paper airoplanes really spring to life.
